Debit card vendor & bank change

We are transitioning from TSYS to Fiserv as our new debit card vendor and from Bancorp to UMB Bank as our banking partner.  This change will roll out in waves between November 2025 and February 2026.

Mailed claims vendor change

We are phasing out BerkOne for mailed claims and transitioning to Datamark, an existing vendor. Via Benefits will update all claim forms with the new mailing address by early September 2025. The old address will still accept claims through March 2026. After that, forwarding will be in place.
